It goes like this.
Once upon a time there was an elephant. Everybody knew what an elephant was.
Then a leftist scholar appeared.
He declared that turtles are also elephants.
Now when people said “elephant” nobody could tell whether they were talking about the old version or the turtles.
Then another leftist scholar appeared.
He declared that only turtles were true elephants (and btw there was no longer even a word for the “old elephants”).
Now whenever someone says elephants it really means turtle.
Whenever someone says vaccine it really means dangerous experimental new technology.
There is no longer a word for the old vaccines.
