The worldly club of Rome has devised a plan to divide the globe into 10 regions with a leader over each region. If these are the ten toes, i.e. ten kings spoken of in prophecy, then it could be argued these are the “revived Roman empire.”

BTW, I should also add something else...
I used to believe the Rapture and the rise of the antichrist were simultaneous events. I’ve since come to believe the Rapture could precede the rise of the antichrist (signifying the beginning of the false 7 year covenent- the seven year tribulation). The Rapture could precede the beginning of the seven year tribulation by months or even a few years.
When the Rapture occurs there will be mass chaos and devastation. Perhaps playing a major part of the rise of the revived Roman Empire. And the 10 kings.
