Somebody should create an app for conservatives. Type in where you want to live, and how old you are. The app will then tell if it’s a good idea or not.
For example, consider your rural area in Tennessee. Encroaching “civilization” might concern someone who’s 25. But someone who’s 80 probably has no worries at all.
I should create such an app. There’s money in it. But I’m getting older. So I think I’ll view some funny cat videos on YouTube instead.

This is a perfect example why the GOPe will lose the house next fall with only winning one term as they have again earned the term as ‘do-nothings.’ Only two terms before that.
