Yup. Heck they could have a video of Biden accepting a pile of cash, handing over a memo or sending an email saying “I will use my office as Vice President and then President to hinder investigation of your corruption,” and then proof Biden did exactly that (which we actually do have), and Bump would say it is some Trump or vast right wing conspiracy plot.
About the only thing Biden couldn’t get away with is killing a puppy on film (ref John Wick) in the Rose Garden. And I am not sure Bump wouldn’t try to “explain” that away.
