Wow, talk about a hot topic.
[Notwithstanding that the only child of his that is Article II eligible is Barron. All of the rest are 14th amendment citizens like the subject of the 1890 SCOTUS Wong Kim Ark vs US decision.]
All correct!
I really hope he picks Larry Elder a proven conservative and fighter. Trump was smart to give his Supreme Court favorites peek in 2015. The USSC single issue voters loved that. Now I hope he picks an immigration VP.
Soros plant who is a trojan horse. No no no no!!!
“natural born citizenship.”
I’m a little confused. How is he not a natural born citizen when he was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. No matter where his parents are from, he is a natural born citizen.
All that is required in his case is to be born in the U.S or in certain territories or outlying possessions of the United States, that are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States. Is there anything that is different that is not public on this?
Natural Born Citizen Act - Defines the constitutional term “natural born citizen,” to establish eligibility for the Office of President, as: (1) any person born in, and subject to the jurisdiction of, the United States; and (2) any person born outside the United States who derives citizenship at birth from U.S. citizen parents, or who is adopted by the age of 18 by U.S. citizen parents who are otherwise eligible to transmit citizenship.

Ramalama is a con-man, and shows signs of being a sociopath. We already had one of those (the Halfrican) and we know how that went.
Yep, it is an ongoing meme on Free Republic, that Vivek is tied to George Soros. Many Freepers have presented evidence to the contrary. But the meme persists.
(...Insert 2 thumbs down meme here...)
Yes - Vivek in the cabinet - Commerce Secy - not VP
Many Freepers say that both of your parents must have been citizens when you were born, for you to be a natural born citizen. It’s an ongoing hot topic on Free Republic.
Trump made huge mistakes in his first term with the people he appointed. It seems he’s going to follow the same business model?
There are kooks on this website who maintain that “natural born citizen” doesn’t mean what it plainly means - and that Congress and every court to consider the issue over the past 200 years has gotten it wrong. By their standards Donald Trump himself was never lawfully President since his mother was Scottish.
He didn't have to trash Trump. Instead, he turned chicken on January 6th, and voted to accept Biden's electors after he'd already stated that he was going to reject them. Marsha Blackburn did the same thing.
I guess we have to hand the 2016 election to Hillary then if we are now saying Trump is too foreign to be President. 😂
There have been threads on Free Republic, with hundreds of replies, on fhe subject of natural born citizenship. so clearly many Freepers see this subject as being open for debate.
Do thinkTrump should just refrain from having a VP so he can have all of the power?
