Me too, but in this case he should have had his S&W 357 Magnum {at least}. I carry my 38 when I'm walking around, but my 357 is in my vehicle, and one in my bed stand.
I used to use 9 or 10 MM semi-autos but the springs get soft and that can lead to jams.
It has happened to me too many times on the range, so I replaced them with wheel guns, and won't go back.
