Marley was a Rastafarian, a religion that believes that Halie Selasie was the ‘lamb of God’ and when he returns he is going to kill all the white people. Ray Davies (the Kinks) wrote an excellent song about Marley’s religious beliefs with ‘Black Messiah.’
