We have a huge ag area north of Spokane called “Green Bluff.” It’s direct from farmer to consumer. All sorts of fresh fruit (peaches now!).
Lots of farmers come to the Kootenai County Farmers Market on Saturdays and Wednesdays.
I sure miss the end of harvest season and having to wait eight or nine months to get to the beginning of the next harvest. The season is so SHORT!
My great grandparents ran a medium size fruit orchard in Creston, BC from 1909 to 1969. I only visited them once when they were alive, but I still remember being amazed at all the trees. We drove through the area last year and I found their graves. It is still a huge fruit-growing district. It’s got that magical combination of soil, rain, sun, and exposure that still makes it ideal for raising fruit. Instead of Canadians and English immigrants running the district 100 years ago, it’s now all people from India. What a transformation.
Sorry, these fires were started by a combination of negligence, poor planning, wokeness, and the unintended consequences of rendering farmland into grassland.
A space weapon was not needed here.
Just plain old human arrogance and stupidity.
I'd settle for the Constitutional Republic in its original form, and having the government actually follow that document verbatim.
“So many missing. Are they ALL burned, or are they being hidden for now?”

This was more than a land grab.
Which agency? The clowns?
Where are the videos of the distraught parents demanding answers?
I have heard mention of the schools being closed that day. Is there any truth to that?
