It really strikes me that the law is as confused as the dude with lipstick. The law fails to recognize the stark difference between words and true violence.

The law fails to recognize the stark difference between words and true violence. The left has been pushing the meme "words are violence" for quite a while. It is an absolute negation of freedom of speech.
