That is what GWB was told by McCain as justification to opening the borders w Mexico.
He was also told H1b from India were conservative.
Thanks to this advice, Beaverton, OR flipped forever to Blue with all the engineers from India.
I’ve met ONE conservative from India.
The rest were all anti-colonials which equates to Anti American-UK.
