it is almost seems like there is a plan in all of this idiocracy

maybe to start a civil war so "they" can divide and conquer ?

or maybe drive everyone out of the cities so foriegn entities can buy them up ?

on the other hand, Occam's Razor scrutiny would attribute it to the fact that they just really are idiots
