When two corrupt nations fight each other, I generally side with the lesser corrupt of the two and the one who was invaded — especially if it is smaller and weaker than the invader. It’s a question of balance over imbalance. It’s pretty basic.
I think that true, but no opinions of the "at least" three stances expressed in such threads as this will have any bearing on what 1) Zelensky or a follow-on will do, 2) what Putin or a follow-on will do, 3) what the Europeans in the EU, EC and European part of NATO will do, or 4) until Democrats are removed from the presidency, what a Republican president will do.
