All these statistics are fake. They have three sources. Uke fans who give silly Baghdad Bob evaluations. Russian stats that also are unlikely to be accurate if released to the public. And internet enthusiasts who scan satellite photos, google earth, etc etc and try to extrapolate into a sensational video that gets them lots of hits.

The bottom line, Russia wanted the Donbass, and they pretty much have it and can strike anywhere in Ukraine, in force, at will. The Ukes can barely manage a circus stunt here and there that militarily fall into the nuisance zone.
The Ukes are grabbing men up to 60 on the street and sending them directly to the front with maybe a week of training.
