This is one of the reasons it is important to actually know the IP addresses of sites that may draw the ire of TPTB.

For instance, you can currently reach FR by going to https://45.79.56.181/

Unfortunately, an SSL/TLS certificate is issued for a domain, not an IP address, so going directly to the IP address will get you a “not secure” warning. And, depending on the browser, you may not be able to get past this. (Using a HTTP prefix instead of HTTPS might work, again depending.)
