If the Democrats retain the White House in 2024, the scenario you just described will increase rapidly in frequency. Many outspoken critics of the regime will be sent to prison, talk radio forbidden, and all other opposition crushed. And then we will have a totalitarian state with freedoms doomed and our security and prosperity destroyed.

Maybe then a few more people will look away from their cell phones and video games to ask what the hell happened.
