Question, wasn’t congressional information used against J6 protesters at their federal trials to convict? If so, then obviously not all the information was available to the defense, therefore what legal rights did the charged have trampled on? Withholding evidence, can’t interview witnesses because you don’t know who they are, etc. etc.
