The indictment of President Trump yesterday by Special Prosecutor Jack Smith in Washington D.C. revolves heavily around the unproven assertion that the 2020 Election was legitimate, free from fraud and that President Trump “knowingly” asserted “baseless claims” of election fraud.
President Trump’s team was constricted immensely by a ridiculously narrow window of just a few weeks to compile data from an obfuscated election system that was bolstered by unprecedented COVID-19 mail-in balloting rules put in place. It was reminiscent of the Wild, Wild West. And still, cases were brought, and quickly dismissed, typically using procedural justifications such as “standing” or “laches” before any evidentiary hearings or discovery was permitted.
The Gateway Pundit has documented numerous examples of unresolved issues and concerns from USPS employees appearing to stuff piles of ballots into drop boxes in Michigan, to two 4am deliveries in the backdoor of the TCF Center in Detroit, more than 20,000 ballots delivered after the deadline in Maricopa County, the mysterious disappearance of Jesse Morgan’s USPS trailer that he claims contained around 250,000 filled out mail-in ballots transported from NJ to PA, and “erroneous code” being found on almost every Georgia county who’s system log files were analyzed. And that’s a few examples with many, many more documented.
..... Snip.....
Now, given the wording and accusations levied in the indictment against President Trump, one of his attorneys, John Lauro, weighed on FOX News with Brett Baier:

Supposedly, Rudy has hundreds of incidents to litigate.
The Mayor has a radio program on 77 WABC out of NYC each week day from 3 to 4. Today, he emphatically stated that he has hundreds of “affidavits” from folks attesting to election irregularities and fraud. I believe him.
As an aside, if any of you keyboard warriors out here that would like to publicly disparage this amazingly good man & Patriot, please don’t post it here on FR. Just send me your comment and home address in a PM, and I’ll arrange with you to come by and set you straight.
Re: 81 - oh please.
I’m waiting for your PM.
Nearly all were dismissed over standing or sluffed off to RINO state assemblies or simply court did not want it period
None I’m aware of were evidence heard in a trial
Only Alito had balls to say he’d look at it over Pennsylvania shenanigans
Course media and uniparty present it like Trump lost in court over and over
In 48 hours they all started aping it was “misinformation or the big lie”
All saying same shite ver batem and Trump haters to this day here follow suit including one or two on this thread
And tech has enforced restricting any dissemination just like they did with covid and so on
Wicked nation we’re living in
That's precisely what Gore did in 2000. Fox News called Florida early for Gore before the polls in The Panhandle had closed. That in itself should have triggered Congressional hearings, but Republicans did nothing. Fox News took back the decision on Gore. When more districts reported their numbers, Bush was the projected the winner. Gore conceded the election, but then after being convinced by others, specifically Richard M. Daley (former corrupt Mayor of Chicago), that the election wasn't over, they advised him to rescind his concession, which he did by calling Bush again. When Bush assured Gore that his brother the Governor had insisted everything was on the up and up, Gore told Bush: "Let me explain something, your younger brother [Jeb Bush, Governor of Florida] is not the ultimate authority on this".
And so America went through a nightmare month with hanging, swinging, and pregnant chads approved by a Florida Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks, Democrat, appointed a U.S. Judge for Florida by Bill Clinton.
He likes to ride motorcycles...
He like to wear leather...
Oh wait, it’s not about motorcycles?
Like I said on another thread. On January 6, 2021, Mike Pence had one thought, and one thought only in his mind: His political future. He chose poorly.
.
LOL
LOL!
At least by trying to get that info on, they’ve preserved it for appeal.
No one should forget that Amy Coney Bartett could have taken just a few days and reversed the Circuit Court regarding Trump being able to present evidence.
Also, Pence could have e waltzed into the Oval Office in January if he had returned the electoral vote decisions to the State Legislatures that wanted to investigate election fraud.
I have no plans to dig up bodies if that answers your bizarre questions.
As to the discovery issue, the judge will make a SCOTUS overturn of guilty verdicts very likely, if she plays lefty partisan games in the face of the court as currently comprised.
I truly believe that the only path forward given the current lip served paralipsis idiocracy is to go back and Fix 2020 by whatever means necessary!
No it is not alright and we know it
The steal is real! And must be avenged punished and set right.
That’s because he agreed to testify against Trump.
“This woman is obviously biased and conflicted but not one Republican has objected her let alone demand recusal”
BTW, not one Republican even opposed her elevation to the bench. The Senate vote to confirm Obama’s nomination of her was 95-0. Three cheers for our dedicated RINO contingent.

I expect the judge to reject all of Trump’s attempts to investigate and defend himself. Conservatives will be screaming at the TV, but to no avail.
Same with treasonous scumbag Wray.
