There have been at least six times now where new evidence was released implicating the Biden Crime Family and then President Trump is indicted by the Biden regime the next day.
President Trump was indicted along with six co-conspirators.
There are SIX unnamed co-conspirators! CNN named five co-conspirators that were leaked to them from the DOJ.
Trump’s co-conspirators, according to the indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit:
Rudy Giuliani – Co-conspirator 1, an attorney who was willing to spread knowingly false claims and pursue strategies that the Defendant’s 2020 re-election campaign attorneys would not
John Eastman – Co-conspirator 2, an attorney who devised and attempted to implement a strategy to leverage the Vice President’s ceremonial role overseeing the certification proceeding to obstruct the certification of the presidential election.
Sidney Powell – Co-conspirator 3, an attorney whose unfounded claims of election fraud the Defendant privately acknowledged to others sounded “crazy.” Nonetheless, the Defendant embraced and publicly amplified Co-Conspirator 3’s disinformation
Jeffrey Clark – Co-conspirator 4, a Justice Department official who worked on civil matters and who, with the Defendant, attempted to use the Justice Department to open sham election crime investigations and influence state legislatures with knowingly false claims of election fraud.
Kenneth Chesebro – Co-conspirator 5, an attorney who assisted in devising and attempting to implement a plan to submit fraudulent sales of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.
Co-conspirator 6, a political consultant who helped implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors to obstruct the certification proceeding.

This entire thing hinges on them proving Trump really didnt think he won... which I think is impossible. All of these folks worked to find out how an 80 year old senile racist pedophile who hid in his basement during the entire Pres campaign managed to pull out ahead of Trump in the middle of night in all battleground states where he was losing and capture 81,000,000 votes. Id just pull out the chart of the late night vote dumps for the jury. Ive not seen a good “debunking” of this simple bit of data yet. All 90% “blue” counties got dumped late at night? cmon man
They are working hard to cover-up Biden’s crimes. The game is to protect the Big Guy and Obama.

2) Truth that the CIA, FBI, DOJ, IRS, and EPA have been weaponized by Obama and Biden illegally. This is just to much for the nation to grasp that the Government no longer serves the American People, and they can’t let them know this.
3) The Truth that they don’t need VOTERS anymore, that they can rig elections by ballot harvesting or counterfeit ballots, or fake voters and that the only thing that matters is Ballots, Not Voters or Americans. The truth is that more ballots counted in Pennsylvania in 2020 than there were Registered voters....by a large margin.
4) The Truth that tax money isn’t used for good purposes, that its used to enrich government employees and unions and chosen politicians. That when they run out of tax money they just devalue the currency until we have inflation. Eventually the VERY POOREST of the nation and middle class will suffer the most. NOT RICH HOLLYWOOD DEMOCRATS.
5) The Truth that we NOW have a non-functioning DOJ. That means we have no rule of law. Without Rule of law, there is no Constitution because it need not be followed. Without a Constitution, we have no Republic....and we are now a Fascist state with a Fascist dictator.

Yes, that is a blatant lie in the indictment. The VP has an actual role in the Senate, including in counting of electoral votes. He has the tie-breaking vote! That is not “ceremonial”.
It's hard to see what the crime was, even if some of them thought the claims were false.
The prosecutors actions however, are clearly in violation of the 1st and 14th Amendments and perfect examples of the the fraud he is seeking to prosecute.
Meanwhile the ENTIRE Biden crime family can do whatever the hell they damn well please and get away with it..when you hear the left say that no one is above the law, they can say that since THEY are the law
