I did respond, but let me translate the constitution into n00b for you…
1. There is no religious test required by government in order to hold public office.
2. Any voter can use whatever criteria they prefer to decide who to vote for, including religious criteria or anything else.
I did not refer to the constitution, eliminating #1, and leaving #2 as the correct answer.
Nobody cares which drawer you file it in. {;^)
