I’ve worked in overseas business for a long time and had many conference calls. I never once thought of putting my father or anyone else on the call to talk about the weather or any other form of small talk that no one gives a crud about. Had I done that (and Hunter supposedly did it 40+ times), I would have lost every foreign client I had.
