Following the testimony of former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer on Monday, CNN published a report stating that Archer testified that Hunter Biden had been selling the "illusion" of access to his father, Joe Biden.
A source familiar with the closed-door meeting also claimed that Archer did not provide evidence connecting Biden to his son’s overseas business dealings.
Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman, who sat through a portion of Archer’s interview, told reporters during a break that Hunter putting his father on speakerphone during meetings with business associates was "part of the daily conversations" between the father and son, adding that "the witness was very consistent that none of those conversations ever had to do with any business dealings or transactions.
Goldman said it was "kind of a preposterous premise to think that a father should not say hello to the people that a son is at dinner with and that is literally all the evidence is."
The Democrat said that Biden’s phone conversations were not conflicts of interest because it "was not done in the furtherance of" his son’s business interests.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer told a different story though, revealing that "Devon Archer’s testimony today confirms Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge about his son’s business dealings and was not involved."
"Joe Biden was ‘the brand’ that his son sold around the world to enrich the Biden family," he said the value of adding Hunter Biden to the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma was "the brand," which was revealed to be Joe Biden.
Archer stated that "Burisma would have gone out of business if 'the brand' had not been attached to it."
Archer also testified that in December of 2015, Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky and Burisma executive Vadym Pozharski placed constant pressure on Hunter Biden to get aid from Washington DC in regards to Viktor Shokin’s investigation into corruption within Burisma.
The media creates an illusion of an insurrection and tries to make it real. Then when we have proven bribery and influence peddling they call it an illusion. 1984.
Similar to the way a couple of mobsters walk into a small business and create "the illusion" that something could happen if the businessman doesn't play along.

We can’t use cnn as a source to know what anything stated, but the ‘illusion’ of access wasn’t an illusion. Jesse Watters said it on Monday’s show. The brand of biden’s influence that was paid for was gold. If you paid the amount of money that was required you got what you paid for. There are legitimate businesses that aren’t as dependable as a biden bribe.

It’s a Lie - as evidenced by the unprecedented Firing of a Foreign Prosecutor, Hunter’s position on Amtrak’s board, his niece getting a Director position with GM, and Russian Oligarch’s paying the Bidens being exempted from all Sanctions, but selling an Illusion is Fraud.

I could see that. Once, maybe twice. But I have a hard time swallowing the necessary second part: Hunter was BS’ing people for years. Always promising that Joe could deliver promised outcomes, but never delivering. And the “clients” paid him millions in many many payments for outsoles that were never actually delivered. You’ll excuse me, CNN, you hack whores, but you’ll have to try a little harder to convince me on that part
Well, CNN has been selling illusion for a long time, so I guess we should respect their experiential observation.

So he was defrauding those purchasing access to his father? And impersonating a foreign agent lobbying for foreign governments? Quite a defense. He’s lucky the DOJ has given him de facto immunity so he can say whatever he wants without risking criminal liability.
Seriousness of the charge.
“Selling” is the operative word here. How much tax did he pay on that income?

That’s all kinds of unpaid Taxes out there, as some already rightly pointed out.
An Illusion didn’t get a Prosecutor fired, or have Intel assessments turn up in Hunter’s emails, or get his little niece a Director position 14 days after Biden announced $7 Billion to GM.
Or have the Biden Oligarchs exempted from Sanctions

The story of the bidens’ corruption has broken through the iron curtain that the media had put around it. But the media refuses to let it get through unchanged, so it distorts the truth and publishes lies.
They have no sense of responsibility. All they care about is loyalty to the Party.
Of course Hunter is lying. It hardly needs mentioning.
