Was Archer under oath?!?!

If not ... IT IS ALL WORTHLESS!

The Rats will say it was all a lie and can't be proven.

They will say that Archer will say anything to get a reduced sentence or leniency in his upcoming trial.

Unless the witness you have up on Crapital Hill is under oath it is all just a show.

It is a felony to lie to or even mislead Congress in a hearing, regardless of any oath.

When someone at a Congressional hearing is publicly sworn in, it’s just theater for rubes.
