Agreed - Mayorkas should be target #1. If the GOP can’t even agree on that, it should just voluntarily dissolve.

Why make a media martyr out of a failure like Biden - especially when they don’t have a video of him taking a suitcase full of cash from Hunter, recently arrived from China, or some similarly blatant optic that even The View’s audience can’t deny? A Biden impeachment seems almost like a Lindsey Graham-style self-sabotage move, at this point. I’m sure that why Rand Paul is cautious, even if the others are just playing their usual RINO game.

The standard of public proof for impeaching an apparatchik like Mayorkas is not only much lower, it would begin to rattle the cages of all of the other protected incompetents on the Biden team. Some might even start talking.
