You chose wisely. I have been too blessed with incredibly good health for going on 59+ years. NFW will I put that poison in my viens.
Never get the flu shot either. I eat healthy, exercise hard, and mitigate stress.
The rest is out of my hands.
If I get a serious disease, I will get necessary treatment.
Prevention is my input to health.
