Russia launched while the sun was still up today. First time in a while that they didn’t launch at night. A rash response.

Daytime launch does not make sense.

I know with certainty that F-16s would be able to look down/shoot down the cruise missiles.

I would guess that the Ukrainian Mig-29s would also have that capability.
