Based on the history of hate crime reporting we MUST assume that the accusation is likely false.
If she had gone to cover a Hip Hop festival, she would have heard the word more than twice.
You left out “your father was the one I missed”, I used to get that a lot too.

I never heard that one. That’s pretty bad. The worst for us was a war-traumatized man spit at my mother and told us to go back home.
I have to imagine she is used to that.
