Virtually everything you just stated makes the world a more dangerous place.

The world is safer when balance exists. Without Russia, especially in Asia and Europe, balance is lost. Russia may have been over estimated because of its war stocks, but that kept balance. I am not a Putin fan, but balance and mutual respect builds peaceful co-existence.

The United States is now a manufacturing joke, and nearly half its working age people do not work. The US consumes drugs and sex trade victims at a freighting pace. Now, there is but one superpower, China. What will China do next? Will it remain an internally focused nation, or will it’s policies destabilize the world?

Putin expedition did no one a favor, except the Chinese, IMHO.

“The United States is now a manufacturing joke”

A lot of investment is going into American manufacturing capacity now. It is a multi-year process, but it is now well under way (thank you President Trump, tariffs on China, Chinese Government overreach into businesses and their intellectual property, and COVID supply chain disruptions).

Factory construction and Capital Expenditure are at multi-decade highs this year in the USA (Mexico and Canada are both also surging), as a lot of businesses are pulling their supply chains out of China.

The biggest semiconductor manufacturing facilities now being built, are in Texas.

It is a slow process, but it is happening.

How many countries out-manufacture us?

“Putin expedition did no one a favor, except the Chinese”

It definitely strengthened China greatly, relative to Russia. The Chinese Yuan strengthened more than 40% against the ruble this year. Business to business transactions in Russia conducted in yuan have surged to almost half of total volume, from only a percent or two before the invasion. People joke that the Chinese Ambassador is now the second most powerful man in Moscow.

The West however, has been awakened to a significant degree to security concerns, and is spending more on Defense, and taking the Chinese threat more seriously as well. So that has not benefitted China. Investors are fleeing from China.
