Calling Paul Krugman an economist is like calling George Soros a philanthropist is like calling Tony Fauci an epidemiologist is like calling Genghis Khan a humanitarian.
I remember someone here on FR (an economist!) trying to convince it you take Krugman outside the realm of politics h’s an excellent economist within his specialty of international trade. So said this person Krugman deserved his Nobel prize in economics. However otherwise he’s a partisan hack. Me not being an economist (only two courses as undergrad electives) I said ‘ok’ if you say so.
It’s still impossible to square to my way of thinking.
Can anyone here on FR make the same case this person did?
Absolutely true. Krugman has a deranged and disordered mind. He’s a textbook example of the Democrat’s useful idiot.
