Police initially believed Russell and the child were located when a 911 caller (later revealed to be Russell’s sister-in-law) said a female was “screaming with a child” on Atkins Trimm Lane – a short distance from where Russell’s car was abandoned.
At the 18:57 mark of Hoover 911 dispatch audio, an officer asks, “Where exactly is that call coming from?” Another officer responded that the 911 caller’s cell phone “is pinging in that location” on Atkins Trimm Lane.

And the story changed today, again, last night she was dropped off near her house when she cave home. Today, the story is there was No car, she walked the whole way.
From bizzare to insane, the neighboring Police Dept went to Social Media to Praise the woman as the best and finest - honoring her, and when asked what caused them to interact, the Harpersville Police quickly shut everything down.
The whole story reeks like a 4 day old homicide scene.

She was hanging out with some people and there was a Go Fund Me - and Alabama’s largest paper reported that a Traffic Cam caught it all and there as no other Car, and no one else, and she left Via the Trees.
At that point, she went home. She knew it was exposed.
Her Mother says today they will not entertain negative thoughts about her daughter. Do not go there, she said.
