For all his thin skinned wackiness he did get rid of emission testing and returned some of the budget surplus.
My favorite wrestling memory of him is when he was forced into a tag team match and had to partner with the worst wrestler in the AWA stable; Jake The Milkman, and halfway thru the match Jesse turned on his own partner and beat the crap out of him.
Classic.
