Greer is one of the great enigmas of the UFO world.

He will do one great thing and then one bad thing—and then repeat the process over and over again....

Here is an old article on the guy (note the 1994 date) that gives an example of “Bad Greer”:

The Wilson/Davis memo is another example of how insiders don’t respect the guy even when he brings people together—the “players” waited for Greer to leave the room before discussing the important stuff. That may have been because he did not have the necessary clearance but it also seemed to be a “lack of trust” thing going on....

Greer has the megalomania cult leader thing happening—he just can’t seem to get out of his own way sometimes.

I feel a lot more comfortable with sources like Richard Dolan or Ross Coulthart or Hal Puthoff or Jacques Vallee—they are straight shooters with rock solid track records.

I think the “good Greer/bad Greer” situation has evolved over the years due to the environmental changes concerning the subject.

Only now are things beginning to be friendlier to discuss the topic without as much criticism and tinfoil hat accusations. This can greatly affect one’s demeanor.

I find this interview particularly important because it is current as the investigation is happening. He goes into extreme detail here.
