So the reporter said that the FBI noted various classified documents. Can we learn if those FBI agents had the proper clearance level since “It is against the law for anyone that does not have the appropriate security clearance to view classified information.”
If true, that is sufficient malfeasance to get kicked off the prosecution. But will it happen, I doubt it.
