India did neither and most African countries didn’t either. It was for the most part Western countries, China and the Orient where all this nonsense occurred.
If the media is reporting it then it is either a lie or a meaningless distraction. Literally bank (or withdraw) on it.
Everywhere but the US. We’re complacent.
