No argument that Trump is being unfairly targeted, considering how many others have abused classified information and gotten away with it. But, since he has been charged, people like Davis expect him to react responsibly, from a legal standpoint.
Calling the prosecutor deranged, and completely misrepresenting wha the Presidential Records Act actually says, might fire his supporters up, but those antics are the opposite of what good legal counsel would suggest.
Fine, Trump can do whatever he wants, just don’t expect top notch people like Davis to stick around indefinitely.
