“Your story moves into speculation.”
The speculation is the “official” version trying to explain why Oswald was allowed to return to the US, especially when Oswald was greeted on US soil by CIA asset de Mohrenshield (sp?).
Further support for my “speculation” is that the other “defectors” who chose to return to the US were allowed to do so.
That shows that the KGB had doubts they were “legit” defectors.
Once Oswald became the patsy for the JFK assassination the Russians knew they had been suckered.

Is your point that Oswald was framed? That there was a different shooter? (if so, based on what?)
