Trump is being Trump. At least we KNOW who that is now (sort of). Honestly, Trump trashing DeSantis doesn’t bug me half as much as how some here are trashing him. But then, I suspect that there are some bots and trolls from the left here doing their level best to divide us, as usual....by being leftists.

I have no idea what Trump could do to ‘drain the swamp’ and I have already stated that I think that task is an impossible one....at this late stage in our demise. But again, what choice do we have? As usual, we’ve been given no real choices in the political arena. In a perfect world a real Conservative candidate would win hands down. But as we already know, we ain’t in perfect Kansas any more. Never were, actually. We were just deluded into thinking so.

We have one consolation, though. That we are in the same boat with fine, like-minded individuals that we can commiserate with here. That’s something.

Your positions are mis-informed:

FACT: Trump Jr said we needed to support Budweiser because Budweiser employed Republicans. (At the time, Trump Sr owned a significant portion AB InBev). Trump Jr is a surrogate for Trump Sr.

FACT: Trump said it was silly for DeSantis to battle Disney and if he were Disney, he would pull out of Florida.

FACT: Trump never said anything about his Speaker’s deal. He called MTG to help the Speaker get elected. Why didn’t he call MTG to stop the deal? MTG voted for it!

For me what someone is actually doing or done is a lot more important than a PR page full of promises.

IOW, actions speak louder than words.

If DeSantis wasn’t running against Trump, Trump would be bragging about what a great choice he made in supporting him.

And as a Trump fan boy you would be cheering with him too.

As for my position, I would gladly vote for either one of them over any Rat candidate. But for the primary Trump has really turned me off with his petulant, spoiled brat, childish behavior toward DeSantis. And I’m not the only one.
