Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

That is no longer a warehouse.

More importantly, the railway station was destroyed and the supply line is now cut to Russian forces.

“Russian sources elaborated on their tactical retreat”

Regrouping.
Good Will gesture.
Seeking more advantageous positions.

I saw a new one - flexible defense. It is like the sophisticated new tactic of defending an area by flexing back from it

"A Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter recently received considerable damage, presumably from a MANPADS strike. Although the tail was blown off, this type doesn't have a tail rotor as it uses a coaxial contra-rotating rotor system- so the aircraft made it back to base."

Cholera outbreak from bad water in Crimea, after Russians blew the dam. What is their story?

@visegrad24 6h

“The Russian Defense Ministry claims that the US is building special drones that can release infected mosquitoes far behind enemy lines as a new type of bio weapon to be used against Russian soldiers.

They have completely lost it…”

This is funny and creepy.

Putin’s regime condemned for using ‘horrific’ animal circus to entertain Ukrainian war orphans in Mariupol

“Ukraine In Very Big Trouble | Russia Recaptured Pyatykhatky | Ukrainian Forces Surrender In Mass”

Except that Russians have not recaptured Pyatykhatky, and there has been no mass surrender of Ukrainian forces anywhere along the front.

Except for that though, Ukraine is in very big trouble.

Free Tatarstan! Free Bilhorod! Free Russia! Free Belarus!

“‘horrific’ animal circus”

Circus is a big thing in Russia. There are (were?) two year-round circuses in Moscow.

The “horrific” aspect of this circus, is how bad it was.

It was kinda funny though, when they swung some defenseless small mammal on a trapeze, and all the critter did was hang on and piss itself. That’s entertainment!

I saw that video - it was a beaver and it pissed as it swung - looked a lot like the piss at the high points when all over the audience - too funny.

“Ukraine’s Defense Ministry officially confirms that the Ukrainian Army has liberated the settlement of Pyatykhatky in the Zaporizhzhia region.

A video of the troops celebrating has also been released. (https://twitter.com/visegrad24/status/1670691003475415041?cxt=HHwWgsC—bWnvq8uAAAA )

“Although the tail was blown off... the aircraft made it back to base.”

They are tough birds.

Good riddance to them, and to all the rest of that Russian/Soviet stockpile that Putin is sending up in flames.

It will be a long time, if ever, before Russia can afford to replace the military gear it has lost.

“the railway station was destroyed and the supply line is now cut to Russian forces.”

That was the main rail link between Crimea and Melitopol.

Russian ammunition demands are heavy, as Ukrainian forces keep the contact heavy along the front.

If the Russian Artillery supply peters out, Aviation won’t be able to hold the line for long. If the Close Air Support craps out too, it is “Katie bar the door”, and we are off to the races, for the running of the Crimea 500.

300 square kilometers liberated. Back inside Bakhmut, in the same month it was “taken”.

@UKikaski
Russia—”We conquered Bakhmut after 10-months of fighting and 50,000 casualties.”

Ukraine—”In two weeks, we liberated over 300 square kilometers on all fronts — Novodarivka, Levadne, Storozheve, Makarivka, Blagodatne, Lobkovo, Neskuchne and Pyatikhatky — and we are back inside #Bakhmut.”

Russia—”Everything is going to plan.”

Putin and Prigozhin remain master strategists.
