That ruling must be appealed. The entire concept of free speech is at stake. If the judge ruled that any such clothing in a school setting whatever the message maybe banned is one thing. The concept that it can be banned only because it might be offensive to some, is just plain wrong. This judge does not belong on the Federal bench.
