“And by the way, the death of the unborn baby will not be prosecuted as a homicide. Washington state law only considers homicide to be against people who have been born alive. So, “blob of tissue” as far as the libs in Seattle are concerned.”

1. Homicide is not a crime.

2. Washington law has specific language addressing murder/manslaughter and the unborn.

3. I hope no one believes your post.

From another source: “Prosecutors charged Goosby on Friday with one count of murder and another of attempted murder. Another murder charge can be tacked on if investigators prove the baby girl was “born alive”, a requirement for someone to be considered a victim of homicide.”

Looks like “Manslaughter 1st deg.” if child was not “born alive” (no definition in my brief search):

“Homicide”: https://www.merriam-webster.com/thesaurus/homicide

Maybe they can just read this official news release from the King County Prosecutor for themselves and make up their own minds:

Under Washington State law, a person can be only charged with homicide for the death of a person who was “born alive.”

Maybe they will also realize that you have your head up your a$$.
