I agree with that assessment. You can tell the handful that are not on the take, but most of them are relatively new representatives and have not yet found themselves compromised in one way or another (whether they meant for that to happen or not). I believe for most, the corruption happens in small increments. For those such as the Bidens, it was a goal from the beginning with carefully laid plans to accomplish those corrupt financial goals.
Newly elected representatives need to be careful concerning what documents that are put in front of them to sign and not trust even their staff with regards to the contents. They need to refuse any drink they didn’t prepare or open themselves. And, they need to make sure their computers and phones are extra secure from having files or information remotely added or installed.
Probably the best description. Joe's family is safe, he will pre-pardon them all. Joe is safe, he's preezy after all. Congress will do nothing as they are the reason the word 'bribe' was invented.
