In the temporarily occupied Armiansk in the north of the Crimean peninsula, the Russians are preparing for the evacuation of both representatives of the occupation administration and the local population.

“Due to the terrorist act committed by the enemy at the Kakhovka HPP and, as a result, the lack of water in the North Crimean Canal, production processes at the Crimean Titan plant in Armiansk have been disrupted to a critical level.
The Russians consider it impossible to resume work in a minimally proper mode. Information is circulating on the territory of the temporarily occupied Armiansk about the probable stoppage of the “Crimean Titan”, the report says.
According to the Defence Intelligence, engineering units of the Russian army have been mining the workshops of the enterprise, which currently continue to work, as well as planting explosives in the factory and adjacent territory.
“A terrorist attack on the Crimean Titan enterprise, for which the Russian invaders are preparing, will mean an artificial man-made catastrophe, terrible in its consequences. About 200 tons of industrial ammonia are used in the refrigeration equipment of the Crimean Titan.
In the event of an explosion at the plant, an ammonia cloud, depending on the direction of the wind, will cover the surrounding areas in half an hour. Above all, the occupied Armiansk, Krasnoperekop district, and the southern districts of Kherson region will be under threat,” the intelligence agency concluded.

REGIONAL.
ODESA REGION. In the early hours of Jun. 10, the wreckage of a Russian drone crashed onto a nine-story apartment building in Odesa after being shot down by Ukrainian defenses, authorities reported. The resulting fire killed three residents and injured 26 others, including three children. The same night, the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovksyi was also under attack, with ten civilians wounded and several homes blown out by the blast wave.
ZAPORIZHZHIA REGION. A medical facility in the southeastern town of Hulyaypole came under Russian fire on Jun. 9, local authorities said. The guided bomb claimed the lives of two people, a 46-year-old hospital worker and a 55-year-old woman who was passing by at the time of the attack. Two nurses sustained minor injuries.
CHERKASY REGION. Russian forces fired two Kalibr missiles at the central Ukrainian town of Uman on Jun. 9, regional governor Igor Taburets announced. The blast hit an empty workshop and a car wash, which was razed to the ground. Ten civilians were wounded in the attack, with one woman remaining in critical condition.
NOVA KHAKOVKA DAM. Only Russian passport holders are being permitted to leave flooded areas in the occupied parts of Kherson region, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Jun. 10. There are also reports that Russian troops are evicting residents from their homes to house their personnel. During the evacuation, the city of Kherson was under bombardment, with at least two volunteers injured. In total, 47 settlements in the Kherson region are still flooded, and more than three thousand civilians have been evacuated.
