You Subpoena him and give the Capitol Police a Warrant to escort him to the committee, then find him in contempt of congress just for showing up and inform him the detainment order is until the End of the Congressional session, he will be held in Solitary confinement with NO VISITORS or contact with anyone except hi jailer and that he will be brought back for more testimony when the committee reconvenes in JAIL ATTIRE complete with Leg Irons and Shackles...And you do that for every last person in the Executive Branch
