It appears to me that the truck is loaded and is waiting to transfer its ammunition to the russians at the front.
UKR artillery is being monitored/directed by drones.
The first artillery shot hits about 20 yards from the truck. However, shrapnel from the artillery shell hits the ammo truck, starting a secondary explosion.
Follow-on artillery rounds were not required.
