Whether we agree with the rules around guns or not, we have to decide whether we’re going to follow them or whether we’re going to do no such thing. For some, they’re more than willing to be a test case for challenging gun laws. For others, not so much.
Then there’s Hunter Biden.
For him, it sure looked like he didn’t care about the laws on the books in pretty much any way, but particularly for the laws regarding the ownership of firearms by habitual drug users.
And now he’s facing potential charges for violating that law, as is only right. Equal protection under the law and all that.
However, now Hunter’s attorneys are citing a Supreme Court case his father denounced in an effort to keep those charges at bay.

Maybe I do but I’m still not laughing
“Maybe I do but I’m still not laughing”
Yeah, me neither. The Biden exception to being required to live by the laws and rules the rest of live by is a egregious miscarriage of justice. Just like the fact that the Courts have found there is a “Trump” exception to rules that applied to previous Presidents.
A nation with an unequal application of laws will not stand.

“Report: ATF ‘Skeptical’ of Charging Hunter Biden “
“Officials at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) were reportedly “skeptical” of bringing gun-related charges against Hunter Biden due to his having no prior criminal history.”
Such a detail has never stopped them before. Why now? Could it be because of pressure from the Biden administration? Of course it could. All federal agencies are now political. Every action is taken with a look on how it is going to affect either the Democrats or the Republicans.
I have to admit it would be hilarious if Hunter Biden succeeded in staving off the gun charges, and this case set a precedent that gun rights advocates could continually cite against the gun grabbers.
“I’m sorry, but according to the US vs. Hunter Biden (2023), I don’t need a permit for this gun....”
When does the statute of limitations expire?
““I’m sorry, but according to the US vs. Hunter Biden (2023), I don’t need a permit for this gun....””
“And falsifying a form 4473 is not a disqualifying act preventing one from owning a firearm nor reasons for criminal charges, citing once again, Hunter v. Biden (2023).”
unfortunately for him, he SIGNED a false federal form...
