No, you have no concept of Texas republican party. That is the Bush wing of the Republicans, and the Democrats combined. And the republican speaker of the house appointed Democrats to be the head of important committees, and that’s where this came from. Bush republican reaching across the aisle mentality. I agree. Is Abbott going to run for president in 2024? Sounds like a preemptive strike.
