I still don’t know what “hacked” means. At one time it meant the process of using a vulnerability in electronic storage of data by a stranger to an organization, especially where the organization storing the data is unaware of the vulnerability.
How many times have we seen “hacked” data consisting of off air video of news media celebrities? Never, obviously. Media organizations are a savvy as you can get in secure storage of this type of electronic data. This data was intentionally disseminated.
The narrative is “Burke is hacker in Annonmymous. Hackers are bad. Burke is bad. Fox is a victim. Fox is good.” This is so transparently a manufactured story.
