It took many years but it finally sunk in that I actually have NO IDEA how to “communicate with women”. So I think I’m safe!

No, but just answer any business-related questions. At work, don’t discuss anything outside of work and shut off any conversation that starts to head that way. Don’t discuss opinions of other workers and keep any work discussion general. If you have a business question, it is best to ask someone your own sex.

That’s right. Don’t look at, and don’t talk to them. On some of my sites, I’ve just straight up skidded them because I literally see production levels go way down. We need traditional families again.
