as DWS said, the FBI said that these men were not whistleblowers and cannot claim whistleblowing protection for whistleblowing on the FBI...

what a maroon.

Who cares? Talk talk talk, that’s all it is. That’s all it ever is, and I’m sick of hearing it. Wake me up when the trash in DC that are supposed to be “our side” actually start having people arrested.

Yeah, we should let the FBI decide who is a 'whistleblower' against the FBI.

Please explain to the forum:

1) What, exactly, you wish Congress or individual Congressmen to do.

2) What, exactly, is their statutory or Constitutional authority to do it.

They never answer that. But I don't think Garland will co-operate with Gaetz any more then Holder did with Gowdey.

The House has a Sergeant at Arms and a private holding cell, right? I also assume we have any number of good, Conservative county DA's. Always talk with the GOPe, because they don't REALLY want anything done as it would threaten their position, power & $$$ as well, so they talk talk talk.

And you know what? I'm sick of hearing "what would you have them do, dware? They are Constitutionally limited!"

Bovine Scatology! Apparently Constitutional bounds only applies to Conservatives, and not the leftists. It's long past time to play by leftist rules. Otherwise, we're spinning our wheels. It's time for Conservatives to do whatever the hell they want and let SCOTUS decide a few years later they can't do that.

I'm sick of hearing "what would you have them do, dware?

Then come up with substantive answers as to what Congress can do.

The House has a Sergeant at Arms and a private holding cell, right?

So does the Senate. I'm sure Chuck Schumer would love to use it.

good, Conservative county DA's

Does the FEDERAL Congress have the authority to refer anything to STATE officers for prosecution?

It's time for Conservatives to do whatever the hell they want and let SCOTUS decide a few years later they can't do that.

That'll be fun ...

Then come up with substantive answers as to what Congress can do.

There's problem #1: turning the issue and responsibility over to someone else.

So does the Senate. I'm sure Chuck Schumer would love to use it.

Bring it on. This is political warfare. There should be casualties on both sides. So far, our side is the only side suffering prison for a bogus insurrection. Our side is the only side being raided at 4 AM with full on tac units. So far, only our side has had any legal repercussions whatsoever. It's time to exact that very same political warfare on the other side. We prefer to sit on our a$$es, I know. See tagline.

Does the FEDERAL Congress have the authority to refer anything to STATE officers for prosecution?

No, but you're not seeming to be able to think outside the box, either. If a rotten, crooked Soros backed DA in New York, our side can do it.

As long as we sit back and do nothing, as long as we fail to meet and/or exceed the leftist tactics by playing out of their playbook, we're not going anywhere other than cattle cars. Many, if not most, of the rotten filth on "our side" in DC will continue to do absolutely nothing.
