For example go into a store, dealership or school and you most likely can’t access FR. Or, through some search engines.
Methinks this has been an ongoing problem for a while.

This has only happened to me once in 20+ years and shortly thereafter access was restored. And I am near continuously on FR and utilizing various business and school and state provided WiFis.
