Possibly, but based on the all too convenient cropping of the pic, I’d say the closer smoke trail is from an outbound missile several seconds earlier, and the 2 trails just happened to intersect. The trail in the foreground is starting to break up, while the distant one is newer and still straight. Seeing the uncropped image would tell the story. Better yet, this is captured from video, so where’s the video?
This link contains some short clips of video showing the same area. It shows the falling debris is coming from much higher altitude. I’m assuming the park area is the zoo, where it was reported debris landed.
